GIANT UPDATE! WITH PICTURES! (but not of a giant)
Alright, first off, sorry those who actually read this, who were expecting daily updates like I promised! BUT I HAVE BEEN BUSY! I swear!
To start, work's been trying to get me working more hours, since I go back home at the end of the month. That and they changed their hours so they open an hour earlier- which means I have to go to sleep an hour earlier to get up an hour earlier to go in to work an hour earlier. Good for wage-wise, bad for sleepie-time, cause I don't fall asleep until late anyway, but naps help, oh yes. They help, until I'm still sleeping even when my lovely's yelling for me to wake up cause they're home...
Second, I DID finish the fuzzy thing of doom.
See- take a look!
Heck, I even completed the beaded chokers, and made bracelets with the extra beads!
Which got me to thinking... why not make these to SELL?
I've tried this idea before mind you, with those knotted "friendship bracelets" and braided rope.
But these actually look NICE! And seem like something you'd buy at say, Hot Topic!
I mean, it's not hard to make them persay, so long as you have the materials-
And the design!
They do take time, and effort, but really do look like something professionally done.
And they can be made to fit! The blue one from above is the old one I originally had when I was a younger teen, but I'm quite a bit stockier in the neck (and wrists) now, more so than most others, and so I used the design, and different beads to make the ones shown below.
I really would like to sell them, and while it'd be an expensive and trying venture, I have the time and knowledge to make them- It only takes me 2 to 4 hours to complete each one, baring any errors, and varying on the thickness (bracelets) or the length (chokers).
So that's what I've been up to anyway.
