Day Twelve - Snow men and snow angels

Summary: Ais and Morgan are building a snowman on the beach when Caleb roams over. After some initial over protectiveness Aisling, the trio settle into building the snowman. Talk naturally turns to the party and when Ais asks, Morgan and Caleb agree they're going to the party together. Aisling roams off shortly thereafter, leaving Morgan and Caleb to complete the snowman before they decide to head in for hot chocolate.
In the cafeteria, Morgan and Caleb briefly discuss Aisling's over protectiveness, and Morgan points out she can say no to people who'd try to take advantage. Caleb asks if Morgan has her eye on anyone, and she says she guesses not, though the conversation slides into awkward, and Morgan leaves shortly after.
Aisling regarded Morgan curiously ... and moderately suspiciously. She was ... different than she'd been yesterday. Not bad, just different. Better, if she was going to be perfectly honest. Smiling, and chatting, and generally acting ... well, like acting the way someone her age should act. Someone who hadn't been enslaved for a year or so.
She wasn't completely opened up, and Ais had seen the girl's eyes dark and expression shift a time or two, but ... for the most part ... she was doing better.
And that was good. Whatever the cause ... though the way Morgan had talked about Caleb, Ais was fairly certain the boy was the cause. She wondered if she'd have to give him a talk about being gentle to her. Though maybe she was misreading, and it wasn't like that. Either way, Ais was very protective of the girl ... and she'd give anyone who tried to hurt her a little something to think about.
"C'mon, love," she called to her. "Let's make a snowman," she suggested.
Morgan grinned, nodding her agreement as she hopped out of the impression of the fourth snow angel she'd made on the snow-covered beach. She helped Ais scoop together snow before they started to roll the ball to make it bigger. Morgan wondered if anyone was going to roam down and help out.
