Day Ten - Kat Takes a Walk
Who: Kat, Tory, Albus, Tristan, Remus, Laurel
Where: Forest. Where else?
When: early night, after leaving Jayne in the lounge

Summary: Kat goes for a walk and bumps into Tory. Since she's never had a nightmare featuring him before, she doesn't know to be wary, and is soon caught and cut and tormented. Tris and Remus hear the screams and race over, scaring Tory off, though they can't really do much four-legged as they are.
Fortunately, Albus happens to fall in just then, and they manage to get Kat to the town hall where she is presumably taken care of. Tris and Remus head out to try to catch Tory, but he's long gone.
Kat was having odd thoughts, and she wasn't sure why. She didn't really have a problem with no-strings-attached sex. But the two times she'd had it here (on The Couch, nonetheless), it had felt ... off.
Oh, the sex hadn't been bad, nothing like that, but ... she felt like it was missing something. Something afterward. But what? Cuddling half-dressed on the couch? Hardly. Kat was starting to feel like something was off about her. Like she was what she was denying that she was.
Exhaling softly, Katrina roamed around outside. She headed toward the forest, part of her hoping to see Tristan. She'd never met a wolf in his fur before, but he'd mentioned if she came out, he'd come say hi.
She thought about calling him, then figured if he was occupied doing wolfy things (or if he wasn't even out yet - she wasn't sure what time he'd change) then she didn't want to be silly about it. She'd just roam around the forest, losing herself in her thoughts and contemplations.
