Everybody's talking about Heroes and Studio 60 seems like.
I didn't get the chance to see much more than the end of Heroes, but hopefully, I can either catch the rerun or I can download it. From what I've seen it looks good. I want to see more before I make any judgements though.
As for Studio 60, I thought it was a relatively good episode. The pacing wasn't as good as the pilot which I didn't watch last week since I had seen it earlier. Not being a Friends fan, I am surprised at how well Matthew is doing. Bradley I expect good things from and I'm not disappointed, but Matt has been a surprise to me. I like Steven Webber's character, he plays jerks so well, but not in a way that you dispise them. He has a great way of making you even like them a little. Amanda Peet's character is really well written so far. I want to see next week to see how she handles the things that they're obviously going to throw at her. Again, I think they're still finding their feet a bit (both the characters and the show itself). I'm hoping that they'll get even stronger as they get on.
Tonight we get a new House which I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see. I can't wait until I have some extra money to buy a Tivo. It's looking like a month or better before I'll be able too, since I have to save some of my fun money now for the Con. I hate Monday and Tuesdays because I have no time for anything since I go from school to work.
