Well, you can't speak of this game without mentioning this man, Tim Howard of the US. Look even Rooney is kneeling in the presence of awesome :P Without a question, this is the man of the match. Beautiful work by this phenom of a keeper. I am incredibly impressed, he was on top of his game tonight. Well done!
And you will probably mention this man, Robert Green but for all the wrong reasons. True, he stopped us from what would have been another goal to take the lead, but god he must feel like utter shit for missing that ball. I mean his loss is the US gain of course but you gotta think this is going to haunt him for awhile. It's probably going to be all over the papers here tommorow morning and there's about 20 stories on it that I've seen on the web. And they are trying to make excuses "oh the ball was slippery" well, the US had the same ball so yeah don't want to hear that.
