even my sure things fall through
i race down the escalator of the subway station. i race even more when i hear a train approaching. it reads "north hollywood" on the side. perfect. that's the one i need to catch to get home so i enter without so much as a second's thought. not a minute passes before i start feeling that something isn't right at all. a few minutes later, we reach our next stop. my fears are confirmed. even though it's supposed to go to "north hollywood", it's actually going towards "union station". arrrrrgggghhhhh. how could they do this? they wasted my time needlessly!
