I miss real zombies. Not brain eating or flesh eating, the original zombies were poor souls resurrected from their graves and enslaved to do meaningless labor forever with no rest. There's a kind of horror in that far more melancholy and subtle than the visceral obviousness of today's Romero style walking dead. Time to rewatch White Zombie.

I was thinking similar thoughts as I watched the season premiere of American Horror Story. Do you watch that show? (Hint- they maybe giving what you're looking for)

I've been hermiting too, including having to find a new place to live and move, when the property owners sold my home of 17 years. :P

It turned out to be an upgrade, however, I love the new place. Still have lots of boxes sitting around unpacked though - lol.

I am cautiously liking the new season. Seeing Sam go angel eyes and sprout wings last night was awesome. ;)

So glad you like your new place. I'm dying to move myself, would love to be on the west coast of Florida.

ZOMG, how much did I flail when those oh-so-broken, yet blazing HOT wings came out? Not to mention "WWSWD?" and Zeke saying, "what you did, you did out of love."
I think I might have had a small stroke from all the FEELs.
