So everyone knows and doesn't have to try this themselves, waking up at 4:30(pm) really messes up a person's day. You can take my word for it. On a related note, going to sleep at 5(am) isn't the best idea ever either.

The question is, why have I been doing this to myself? I know I am just going to miss most of my day or be woken up and be sleep deprived. This also hasn't been the first time I have done this, except I usually call it quits at about 3-4am and am woken up the next day. I believe I have been doing this because, in a sense I am addicted to the late hours of the night(early morning hours) and for some good reasons. When it is late, you have no obligations. No one else is around to judge you (ex. sister saying I'm on the computer too much) or tell you what to do (ex. dad saying I gotta do my past due hw). It is just pure time where I can do whatever I want alone no matter if what I am doing is a complete waste of time or not. I am an introverted person, and an introverted person tends to do better and enjoy doing things alone. So, being alone for hours, doing what I want to suites be just fine.

I figure there are three ways to set my sleep cycle back on track. The second is similar to the third:
1. Attempt to go to sleep earlier, working my way in until I am in reasonable time constraints.
2. Try #1 in limited time, stay awake it bed till it is a later hour, be woken up at reasonable morning hour, be tired all day so that I can fall asleep at a normal hour.
3. Literally stay up all night and stay awake during the day hopped up on caffeine drinks until I finally can fall asleep (at like 9(pm))
-I usually want to use the third way but, with my dad's "gentle persuasion I try the first which ends up being the second.
-Before I forget, there is also a fourth which I would rather not do. It is staying on the same cycle and then when you wake up have and extremely hard workout that brings you just short of collapsing so that you are so tired you will fall asleep at a normal hour. Not really a fun one but none really are (except the third cause it gives the maximum time to do stuff).

Oh well, vacation is almost over and it is school time starting Tuesday. Later.
