Ah, three a.m. I would be one of those bastards that claim they do their best thinking at these hours except that would be blatant lie. This is the hour where I ramble on nonsensically in excess. This is also when I have many of my most sickening, twisted, perverted, and depressive thoughts. Let’s see.
Since my last post tons of stuff has happened. I will attempt to summarize many events by butchering their importance and leaving out a lot of important stuff.
First of all I don't even think I have written about school starting. Wow that seems like it was a long time ago. Classes haven't been that bad, surprisingly classes I thought would be a bitch haven't been so bad and to my dismay the opposite is true as well. Meaning the classes I thought would be a breeze, have been a pain. But fuck classes. No matter how good a class is in general I would never rather be in a class than doing the most boring thing while sitting around let alone doing something fun.
Onto some good stuff, I have started to go to concerts and shit which has been quite fun. The first one I was at was the super ska show at Toque Hall (yah not only potheads go there). It was by far the most fun I had had in a long time before that. The bands playing included Flaming Tsunamis, Tip the Van and a couple others. But those were the best two I think. I learned and practiced for the first time the best and easiest learned kind of dance ever invented. It is called skanking, and is generally done to the beats of ska music. Well I had lots of fun there and ran into a bunch of people I didn't expect to see at all. This included Charlotte Green who I hadn't really talked to at all since the extremely sketchy year of 6th grade (and she has gotten fucking HOT! DAMN!). And now she has joined culinary club also and we talk at times and stuff which is pretty chill.
I also about a month later went to another concert. This one was beach fest. It didn't quite live up to the infamous reputation my friends had told me but it managed to be somewhat fun. I was under the impression that people were bringing alcohol and whatnot. Not wanting to be left out I used my resourcefulness and brought a couple bottles of ale. Wasn't that great...just like the bands, yet the first managed to cancel the second after enough of it if you catch my drift. Either my dad was okay with the concept of me drinking or he is much less observant and more oblivious than I generally take for.
A bunch of stuff has happened between beach fest, but the only real notable thing I think is that I started up doing a radio show on Tuesdays at about 6:30 or so with Jesse Shea. Well he started it and he let me join and it so far is going pretty good. If you like good ska and punk music (not shitty pop punk) tune in to 90.3 at the aforementioned time until about like 8 or something. It mainly will get going about 7.
Coming up next weekend is a really cool ska show I have been hearing about happening in Danbury but I have way to shitty a memory to remember where it is there. So if you know where it is drop be a line if you don’t mind. Also on that topic my dad is busy night and I really ain’t gonna be in the mood to bike to Danbury or pay a shit-load of money for a taxi both ways so I need a ride!!!
If you are really so much of a diluted stalker of me, I have a few things to say:
First, I am quite honestly flattered
Second, come on you could do much better in targets I mean come on!
Third, if you are really that interested in my life you can ask me for more details in person.
I’m not trying to be some arrogant son of a bitch (oh man ASOB is a good band) that thinks their writing is infallible, I am just too tired to correct it better.
