Modern Human Evolution
I just had an epiphany while in the shower on modern day human evolution.
For those of you generally unacquainted about Darwin’s theory of evolution here is it in a nut-shell: Living things with favorable/life saving traits breed while the others die out because of the lack of them. Ex. Trees begin to grow to taller heights, giraffes with long necks can reach and higher leaves and survive, shorter necked giraffes die of starvation.
Now on to day human evolution. Humans, being so diverse and living in many slightly different sub-species (can mate yet have some difference ex. White, Asian, Arab, and Black people) not many major physical characteristics die out, as they are possibly favorable in another region (ex. More melanin (darker skin coloring pigment) in skin would be better in a sunny area, but not in a more artic area). Also, there are not to many cases where being unfit would no longer allow a person to survive to the age where they can procreate, short of a deadly genetic disease or disorder that kills them before they are 18. This is why I theorize that that there are new traits that are dying out. As I have not done extensive census reviewing (and I don’t plan to) I will be vague in what these traits are: Whatever causes people to spend their lives as (responsible) bachelor(ette)s if it is certain genetic qualities. Also, not that I say responsible, because if the person has frequent unprotected sex, without the woman using the pill, it would become that those aligned qualities would become more common. Yet, there is also the more likely chance that this quality comes from morals and society’s teachings. In addition to choosing to be bachelors, there are those that are single just because no one of the opposite gender* will have sex with them before they die (this includes people who die at a relatively young age), the reasons for this are mostly not inherited as much as socially absorbed such as with the past subject. For those (if any) that are (maybe extreme very ugliness and heavy jackassiness), they are taken out by time’s elimination (or by doing drugs because they aren’t getting any) I did almost include alcoholism as a genetically inheritable life shortened yet I realized that drinking can often encourage unprotected sex so I scratched that.
Also, the concept of donating sperm has slightly hindered evolution as it is having parents without the opposite partner having knowledge of their characteristics.
*I had as an aside the concept of having sex with people of an opposite gender to bring the topic of the occurrence of homosexuality. Homosexuality is, in a sense, a genetic paradox. It is obviously not genetic as the parents would not have had sex if either was homosexual short of with the sperm banks, as aforementioned, or rape and both are rare enough that it could not account for the number of homosexual people. There is the theory that there is somehow a mass societal working that causes it. This comes from how in birds on islands sometimes the males become attracted to other males and not females when there is overpopulation in the society. This continues until the population levels where the occurrence disappears again. So, there is the idea homosexuality comes from overpopulation.

Note on my life:
My dad left instructions for dinner when I got home from wrestling today and I was so tired I ended up only eating the strawberries. Later when my dad on the phone asked if I got the message and made the food, I said that the sloth portion and hunger portions of my brain connected and that the sloth side connected. He then commented that sloth, in reference to the sin was pronounced slOth (say the “o”) instead of slawth, which I had said, which he claimed only applied to the animal. I retorted that it was slawth and that the animal was named after the sin for it’s generally inactive ways and that his pronunciation might have come from his Latin/catholic church Latin’s learning of the seven deadly sins. He agreed in its possibility and we are yet to confirm either with a written text or third party. I’ll check later perhaps.
