Your Doing It Wrong
If you're writing a rambling screed to a faceless corporate entity to provide clarification for your previous rambling screed, it's probably best to proofread your clarification for obvious errors:

I kind of hope that's not just an accidental copy-paste, I hope his cat actually saw what he was writing and took justice into its own furious little paws.
