Hugging this character: Ahaha, go ahead. Just be aware that he might not really have an idea how to react like that. Awkwardness ahead. orz

Flirting with this character: Probably again the same as above. Data Riku doesn't exactly have many memories about social interaction he associates with Riku/himself. >.>;;
Fighting with this character: Go ahead.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Minor injuries are always go, for everything more server I'd like to have a warning/plotting beforehand.
Killing this character: Only when plotted with and okayed by me.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Generally, I don't mind; but contact me beforehand so we can work it out, since there are so many memories locked inside him.
