Tony Stark. I wouldn't go around asking people about this but I am pretty much one up from Fury. Cooler, handsomer...in fact, I'm his boss. Gotta take him down a notch from time to time.

Though Steve's not the only one with a slight eyebrow raise out of name recognition. Tony's heard that name before. If the recognition was just from the comic books he read as a kid that starred his favorite hero by the very same name, he probably wouldn't have remembered it and nodded it off. However, hearing his father speak this name with more fondness than the his own name ever got (though who could blame him?), it's really hard not for him to at least attempt to put two and two together.
Especially in this place. Could be a coincidence but he's already mentioned Fury and dammit if the guy doesn't look like an all-American hamburger.

[ His brow furrows slightly because wtf Captain America? You're supposed to be more badass than this like in the comics. Tony always had an easier time reading about Captain America in the comics than hearing about Steve Rogers from his father. ]
