[Uh, wait. Tapping a few things on her datapad to bring up a list she can read from] Incidentally, I'm not a mage, both Bethany and Carver are here, Anders is currently about twenty seven and not possessed, and I really hope you don't think we were lovers because that would just be uncomfortable.

I - no, I'm sure being a mage is perfectly lovely so long as you ignore the...persecution and the demons, but the thing is, I never was a mage. Not in my life. The only fireballs I can produce are through lighting matches - although I must say, they are fairly impressive when I do that.

A mage, yes. I've never seen her juggle any nugs, but I think I might like to.

Metal people? I've never met a metal person before. I've met rock people. Or rock spirits. But they're not really people, or very nice, and they don't give you clothes. [She hesitates for a moment, then picks up the mirror and takes it with her while she looks around.] You don't know what the Fade is?
