Outworlders like us, in hopes of preventing exactly this kind of situation - an outbreak that might be designed to target our kind.
They're offering us use of their research facilities and supplies in exchange for some DNA samples from Outworlders like you. It'd be even better if they could collect some from those of you who are infected with the strain.
