This is Coruscant. You and many others - me too - were brought here by Darth Revan of the Sith. There's a war going on between the Republic and the Jedi and the Sith.

These datapads are able to access a wider network of information. I, ah, am not sure if you would be familiar with the concept of the internet? It's similar to that. Otherwise, the Jedi have a very sizable archive at their main temple that is mostly open for public viewing.

There's an extranet? Or... internet, if that's what it's called here. [Yeah he's already accessing the hell out of everything he can on this thing.]

A Jedi archive, you said? [Pause. More buttons being pressed. He had no idea what half these words or species names were, which slowed him down quite a bit.] ... Ah. Thank you very much.

Actually, I think it's called the holonet here? It's quite confusing, I know.

The Jedi are a mostly religious order that also helps in conflict resolution and peacekeeping efforts. I've spent a lot of time in their archives, they're very comprehensive.

A religious order? [That puts his back up a little; religion usually meant unbending and uncompromising, in his experience. Still, if they made their archives available to the public...

He had too much to read up on, already.] Thank you for the information.
