The devil saw what god had done, and created web browsers to spite him.

how can I put this .....

THEY'RE ALL SHITE!.

Next time some Mozilla, Netscape, Konquerer, IE or some other retarded browser weenie tries telling me that they are 100% compliant... I think I might kill them.

Some of them are approaching 80 - 90%, but NONE of them are 100% compliant. Before I left work I used to have a collection of perfectly valid pages (from HTML4 / XHTML) which would break at least one of the blooming things.

So the $10 Million question, which do you develop for?

Personally I develop in Firebird (Phoenix or whatever it used to be called) as it's frankly a bigger pain in the ass then IE. If you get things slightly wrong it'll all come crashing down, or start rendering things anywhere it likes. Once you've got it working in there, then you check it with the W3c, then fiddle with it till it works in IE, then check it with the W3c, then go back and fix it for Mozilla, then fix it for IE, then check it against the W3c and you should end up with a version that just about works everywhere.

Ahhh well.... All's fair in the life of a web monkey.
