Why: bawh, i like a lot of nagi's icons. 8| BUT ANYWAY. i love that first one because he looks so serious and cold. the second one is the cute one, i imagine he does that sort-of-awkward-laugh a lot. c: (LMF and he does that hand-to-scarf thing an awful lot, doesn't he.)
Name means: 'strigidae' is the family name for true owls, and 'cicumae' is an obscure latin term for 'owl.' (i also have the journal 'tytoninae' taken for him in advance, ohoho.)

Journal: feverhound
Why: it's a vague image, but i think it represents him well. apathetic, uncontrolled, passing by. i like the dramatic lighting on the second one, and i think he'd be like that a lot, all snarly and glaring
Name means: namae is a metaphorical stray dog, and always sort of raging on fire. so fever and hound. feverhound. (his original journal was c_racked, haha.)

Why: it's such a confident, bastard-ly smile, but not necessarily in a bad way, and i think it's a good representation of his cocky badass-ness. also, it shows his ~*~*~fabulous~*~*~ hair well. and that second one is just good-looking, ohoho.
Name means: i was bored at first and decided to do all the journal names for neo_rpg after bird families. 'ardeidae' is family name for herons, since i thought vargret looked a tiny bit like a heron -- supertall and lanky with the ridiculous backswept hair

Why: the first one represents his plank-ness well. :| like, his blank facade and the way he keeps himself mostly unreadable. but i also like the second one because i think it's an accurate image of just how tired and jaded he can be at times
Name means: again, the bird theme. good thing i dropped it afterwards, i kind of want to change some journals now, hgggh. but anyway, 'sagittariidae' is the family name for the secetary bird, which i thought was vaguely appropriate because it's a sort of lanky bird of prey

Why: ISN'T IT AN ADORABLE EXPRESSION. just popping out of someone's sleeve, hanging upside-down from the cloth, being all "what'sh that?", or just chilling in a pile of blanket, peeking her head out. i actually love most of idui's icons, i just love how she looks a lot like a little black kitten. c:
Name means: i've been using this journal for her for quite some time now, LMF. 'miniatui' was a mashup of 'miniature' (since she's like all of two feet tall, maybe), and her name, idui.

Why: i love love love the first one because it looks SO FUCKING CLUELESS HAHAHAHA. i like mikazuki because he's sort of a tard, and i think that icon shows it well. but then again, he's also a bit of a psycho, which is why i chose the second one. it just shows his insanity kinda well. 8)
Name means: 'psychrow' is a mashup of 'psycho' and 'crow.' yuu-kun calls him a psycho one (and he sort of is), and he's the crow knight. booyah.
