Everyone from Team 5 is to run ten laps as warm-up before training - Echizen, in particular, needs this. Also, here is the menu I must require you all follow. Marui > cut down on the cakes (I've already mentioned a maximum of three slices), cafeteria fried rice (I've had the salted fish kind prepared), a choice between carrot shake or squash soup (to be taken once a day), sweet potato salad.

Mukahi > cut down on the sweets in general, tomato soup, banana bread.
Echizen > two bottles of milk (a day), the usual Japanese breakfast with miso soup. I'll need to observe you for any more suggestions.
Kawamura > a choice between carrot shake or squash soup (to be taken once a day).
Ootori > cafeteria fried rice, banana bread, squash soup (once a day).
Minami > a choice between carrot shake or squash soup (to be taken once a day), cafeteria fried rice.
Genichirou, perhaps increasing your intake of protein would be a good idea as well. I'd like for you to be at your best during the competition.
