My first guess is that someone's using magic of some kind.

That was my first thought, but not even McGonagall's used a spell like that... not that she couldn't.

I never bothered to study magic but I can bet a sorceress can easily turn glass into water and the reversal. Maybe there is a sorceress among us...

A sorceress? Is that what you call people who can use magic?

No, that is what we call the demented women who use their magic for evil. There is a big difference between those capable of using magic versus the sorceresses.

I know that the current Queen of Esthar is a mad woman in disguise who is said to be a powerful sorceress. Sorceress Adel is as ruthless as they come.

Sounds like the Dark Arts and the Wizarding War to me, only no one actually says You-Know-Who's name. Well no one but Harry anyway.

But I don't think there are your kinds of sorceresses here, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Hopefully not. It's because of Sorceress Adel that the war at home continues to rage on. From what I last heard, it doesn't look too good for Galbadia.

Neither! Galbadia is a western country with big imperialistic dreams thanks to our current political head in office. The president is nothing more than a glorified warlord but he is better than Adel at least.

I believe they do, but if you can hit the right combination, the device should let off a location sensor and I can find you from that.

[ Harry really is going to kill her for running off like this, but at least she'd left him a note about where she was going in case he wanted to follow. It's fortunate that the place where Kiros is isn't that far from where Ginny just was, so it doesn't take her long to arrive. She glances around, wand raised on the off-chance that this is some sort of trick. The purple Pygmy Puff on her shoulder also looks around a little bit. Upon noticing someone, she walks over cautiously. ]
