Almost on cue, the manager walked in the back door holding some döner for the younger man.
"Anything happen while I was out?"
"S-sir..."
The dog barked.
"Oh, I guess he's out..."
The manager calmly walked to the counter, grabbed a bottle of aspirin, and went to the door. Almost immediately, the dog sat. The manager fiddled with a pouch in the dog's collar, pulling out a couple of euros before place the bottle of aspirin in it. He petted the dog once before the dog ran off.
The new worker was very confused as to what happened.
"Whenever one of our best customers can't let his workers alone for five minutes without something happening, so he trained one of his dogs to come here to get him aspirin. If you hear a dog bark, and I'm not here, just get a bottle and give it to the dog, who will have money to pay for it."
He just nodded, a blank look still on his face.

Germany sighed as Turkey and Prussia got into another fight, this time over who gets to use the jackhammer. Before he could say anything, he felt a familiar tug on his pants leg. He looks down and saw Klammer.
"New worker?"
A bark.
"I see."
Germany bent down and got the bottle from the dog's pouch and quickly popped two pills into his mouth. He took a swig of water and went to deal with his two workers before something blew up.
Again.
