Okay. So this is going to sound stupid. Trust me; there's nothing artificial about it. This is really stupid. And I am seriously promising you that this will sound absolutely ridiculous - either by the fact that I'm complaining about it - or by the fact that it even exists.
Simple Math:
My parents have 3 residences - also known as homes. In an economy where a lot of people are losing their homes, my parents are complaining about the fact that they might have to choose to live in only 2 homes. This, however, is not the issue. Moreover, it is a bourgeois issue to have. I am aware of this. In an economy like this, this is a ridiculous issue to have. But there is one issue I have with it.
The issue is that in each home my parents own, I do not have a room. When discrepancy is drawn as to whether or not there is space, however, my sister always gets a room.
I was fed up this Christmas and I told my parents that the one thing I would want for Christmas would be to sleep in an actual room. My mother went absolutely ballistic on me.
Am I in the wrong for wanting to sleep in a room in either a four bedroom house, a three bedroom condo or a two bedroom flat?
Any thoughts?
