Should have a long, in-depth story running in tomorrow's paper for Sunshine Week. It's something that I've been working on since Christmas and am glad to finally see it come together.
Am a little sore from this morning's 5k session, but I made it farther without needing my inhaler, so I'm pretty proud of myself. Even led the pace group for a quarter mile, so I'm making progress. It helps to be able to actually do long strides and not have someone right in front of me.
Finally got around to watching "Boondock Saints II" on the DVR. Like most sequels, it wasn't as good as the original, but was nice to finally get to see it. And there were some funny, sly nods to the first film, which made me a happy panda.
Oh, and for readers in Tulsa: Go to Yokozuna in the Blue Dome district and order a Key Lime martini. You'll thank me later.
