It was quite the year. Cindy and I each lost our cars (Cindy's died), but managed to replace them, thanks to friends Mike and Dinah. Work got ridiculously busy throughout the year, but I finally got to take some real time off. Cindy got speaking roles in "Oklahoma" and "Dead Air", which got her through the sad passing of her mother. Usually aiming for six shows per year, I managed to perform 12 shows in 12 months, at one point (September/October) rehearsing for five shows at the same time. I performed 5 shows with MSI, 3 with KLP, 3 with ELT, and 1 with LCP. I came down with a bad flu in June (stress-related?), and a bad chest cold from October to December (from walking 30 minutes to work every day), but survived and recovered. I had some record bad moments of self-doubt and self-hatred, but am recovering from that as well. I have also delighted in some of the better things happening in my friends' lives as well. Hopefully, all that has happened in 2008 will put me (and/or keep me...and us) on the right track for 2009.
