We got the one out of the duct. All it took was a claw hammer and alot of banging. Sucker fell through and landed hard. His rough landing may have been the only thing that allowed us to restrain him fast enough before he could rouse himself and attack.
John... well, he had to go. He was turning into one of them faster than we could keep up with his transformation. One bullet between the eyes... and his lights were put out permanently... at least the old movie methodology will help us out a bit. Just aim for dem brains!
We need to be careful now about where we're walking... a couple of people have gotten injured by stepping/kneeling in the broken glass from the windows, the zombie things bashed in during their last onslaught.
There's a new noise outside... it sounds almost like a siren... but more like feedback. I'll be right back. I'm gonna go check it out. Where is the military during all of this?
