Dissidia
Holy crap. This is like playing a midquel to every FF game ever. They even hint where the characters come from (IX is hinted to be at the last piece with Zidane and Kuja, etc), so I think. Lot of great nods to the old games to, even localizations. Allusion to Biggs and Wedge being Vicks and Wedge at one point, the like. It's a fan's dream.
The gameplay's also great. It has the look and feel of Advent Children with FF stats mixed in. Pleasantly surprised that it doesn't get repetitive, and you can change your movesets or even make the game menu controlled (like XII, apparently).
For those who have a PSP, get it. For those who want a PSP for several games, this should help push the idea.
