1.5 green kale leaves
2. 1/2 bunch of fresh dill
3. 5 leaves of fresh parsley
4. 1/2 lime (juiced)
5. 1/4 cup of sun dried Tomatoes
6. 1-2 cups of water
Tutti Fruiti Smoothie
1. 4 ripe pearls
2. 4-5 leaves of Kale
3. Small bunch of stinging nettels
4.1/2 bunch of mint
5.1-2 cups of water
6. 3-4- coconut milk
Chocolate Delight Smoothie
1. 1/2 cup of coconut water
2. 1 packet frozen acai paste
3. 2 tbsp raw cacao
4. 1/3 sup coconut milk
5. 1 tsp agalve nectar
6. 1 tbsp raw coconut butter
7. Coconut meat ( optional)
Directions
Cut produce to fit your juicer feed tube. Juice apple first and follow with other ingredients. Stir and pour into a glass: drink as soon as possible
