[(Finally, finally I have gotten Minato to tag the real Dean.) Anyway, something had to have been off. Minato woke up and... couldn't feel a thing, not even the clothes he was wearing or whenever he walked or... anything. It was odd. But Dean seemed to have a different problem, but still, it was something.]

[Or did? Still do? Oh, well, present tense was much easier to deal with right now and made for an easier explanation. Never mind how complicated it was to explain about everyone from Inaba either.

[Dean was taking another sip of Molly Hatchet's Whiskey Man when the subject of mirrors came up. He chokes on his drink for a moment.]

You, uh- You talked to him? To Smith, or whatever he calls himself?

[Minato paused before continuing as he didn't mean to startle Dean with that piece of information.]

When I was on that side, I did. You haven't talked to him?

Yeah, I mean, I've, uh...I've talked to him a couple times.

[More than a couple times. It's just weird to hear about one's mirror from somebody else you've never met before. Dean forces a laugh.]

He still as bitchy as ever?

[Minato thought back to the conversation he had with the mirror. There had been a lot at the moment to take in as it was his first time on the other side.]

He seemed pleasant enough. He talks to mine often.

[Which did come as a relief of some sort. At least his mirror wasn't alone over there.]

...huh.

[Well. Dean's mirror is decent. It makes sense that he'd hold some kind of stodgy conversation with other people. Even if it's not all that often, given his roommate.]

What's it like over there, anyway? On the other side?
