I am not familiar with The Watchmen at all. It is a comic that seems translatable the big screen?

Random, but for some reason your journal keeps showing me X-Files advertising. It wants me to buy this.

I had never even HEARD of the Watchmen until my sis-in-law lent me the 300 page graphic novel about two months ago. It is really edgy and kind of strange in parts, but all in all a good story. Since it is a graphic novel with one set plot, rather than an ongoing comic series, I think it will be translatable to movie format. The biggest problem is going to be the two-hour time constraint.(Although perhaps they're making a longer movie).
