Here are my reviews of some past entertainment events:
The Dark Knight
I was so scared of The Joker *almost pees self*. I thought his portrayal of evil for evil's sake was frighteningly accurate. Jaron, Holly and I are all agreed that his immediate connection with that character (as stated in an interview) is at once cool and really disturbing. After seeing this movie, I'm more sad than ever that this amazing actor is dead.
As for the rest of the movie: I was on the edge of my seat for most of it. I thought it had good plot, good gadgets, and Two-Face was Too-Awesome. His injuries looked real. Even the dark humor was somehow a plus, although normally I don't go in for dark humor so much.
I was over the moon that Gordon didn't really die.
I was not so over the moon about the theme of the movie. I liked it for the most part, but some of the stuff at the end left me confused as to exactly what they were trying to say. No amount of explaining from others seems to help. I am eternally confused by this movie, LOL.
