Quick planning

I have never before planned a vacation on such short notice. Jaron and I decided last night where we were going for our anniversary this weekend. We got all the info on it, got mapquest directions, made hotel reservations, and figured up the cost...all between dinner and bedtime. Whew! Of course, this is a pretty uncomplicated vacation...just driving to a Motel 6 and spending two days running around sightseeing at places where you don't have to make reservations ahead of time. But for a (sort of) newly-married couple who never have the money to get out of the house, it feels like a world cruise.
