Okay, so my friends are just ripping it up in their lives. Seriously.
My Friend Eric just finished his first novel. Seriously, this is AWesome, since he can work on selling it and number two I can barely finish a short story, let alone the marathon that is a novel.
My friend Johno, just won $12,000 for a first place entry in a Mechanima video contest.
Also, My distant friend Kelly Is going to be paid to Cover (CopyEdit/Write) Magic The Gathering Tournaments. He gets to travel to Paris and Japan this year, paid $1000, and put up in a nice hotel. To write play by plays for Magic Games!
