So this morning at work I asked my coworker to update my virus software (Cause apparently only she knows this ultra secret password to update it (uhhh.. ooops. no that's not a password, I uhhh just like writing cryptograms)And I thought I would play by policy) She came in like an hour and a half later--to her credit she got ditched by two of her team today and had to carry their workload as well. Lame.
When she came in she had trouble with my computer. Now it was dumb trouble that was rather easy to solve save for the fact that McAfee was not being nice to her. But at each impasse she encountered she gave this violent sigh as she does all day every day that she is at work. I am serious, she's like a Sigh monster. You could be cut in half by one of those apocalyptic exhalations. It always annoys me to hear this, because I know she isn't happy in life, but damned if she doesn't play into her own problems.
Beside the point. I have definitely found a desire to work on my novel these past few weeks. The further I move along the more I want to write it. Feels good, save for the fact that there's also a gargantuan stack of books I want to read. Only got 600 some words in yesterday in an hour, but I feel like they are more rough than shit draft words. Feels good.
I think I need to get really drunk soon. I feel a drunk comin' on.
