Quotes.

So, I've been trying to get myself in a better mood.
Listening to music doesn't help,
because I don't hear it right.

Playing an instrument doesn't help,
because I don't hear it right.

Watching TV helps a little,
because I have closed captioning on.

So, I've been reading quotes and such.
Beatles, duh.

"I'm a tidy sort of bloke. I don't like chaos.
I kept records in the record rack, tea in the tea caddy, and pot in the pot box."
-George Harrison

"Music is everybody's possession.
It's only publishers who think that people own it."
-John Lennon

"I'd like to end up sort of...unforgettable."
-Ringo Starr

"It (LSD) opened my eyes. We only use one-tenth of our brain. Just think of what we could accomplish if we could only tap that hidden part! It would mean a whole new world if the politicians would take LSD. There wouldn't be any more war or poverty or famine."
-Paul McCartney

"There's high, and there's high, and to get really high--I mean so high that you can walk on the water, that high... that's where I'm goin'."
-George Harrison

"[LSD] went on for years. I must have had a thousand trips. I used to just eat it all the time."
-John Lennon

"There's a woman in the United States who predicted the plane we were traveling on would crash.
Now, a lot of people would like to think we were scared into saying a prayer.
What we did actually--we drank."
-Ringo Starr

Ah, I wish there was one set of culture icons I could follow.
At least in this time-frame.
