Is it racist to find stereotypes funny?

I'll explain.
I love when people act out their own stereotypes
To an unnecessary degree.

For instance,
Next door, there are two black people.
Is it bad that I find it funny that they always:
Smell like pot
Blast hip-hop
Yell "Nigga!"

I mean, I laugh when I see a white person
with lacrosse equipment
jamming out to John Mayer.

I find it funny when Asians throw a V sign.

If I see a Jew pick up a coin,
Yeah, I chuckle.

Is that really racist?
Or is it noticing stereotypes?
