The Golden Compass
I'm not going to give anything away about this movie!!!
But i will say that i loved it. It kept me entranced the whole time, not one of those edge of the seat ones but something that was a lil deeper. The acting and body language of Dakota was really good. The interaction between the cgi deamons and the real people was expertly done. Even the side characters seemed to have alot more depth in them some other movies i've seen.
The only bad thing i'd have to say about it is the fact (and this is totally the gay boy in me talking) how badly you could see Nicole Kidmans receding hairline. Its getting pretty bad.
But i will own this movie when it comes to dvd.
Ok so enough said about that..
After the movie i go shopping with marcy and we are looking about for what we are going to have to breakfast this morn. We're walking about k-mart and we come across the craziest thing i've seen in a while. Pancake batter in a can!!!! I shit you not.. and to be honest it wasn't half bad. need to work on the temp of the pan to see if i can get them to be a lil fluffier but otherwise they tasted pretty good. I might have to invest in this for my breakfasts during the work week. One tends to get a lil tired of eggs every morn. Lil borrrrring!.
