About the apocalypse
Showering was nice.
To speak of something completely unrelated: the German word for apocalypse is Apokalypse. It is stressed ,Apoka'lypse.
For whatever reason, I always thought the English word is stressed apo'calypse. miraizu stresses it 'apocalypse. Surely on of us must be wrong!
Turns out we're both wrong, since the correct stress is a'pocalypse. Our mutual reaction was: "...weird."
English stressing rules, I do not understand them. Neither do I understand pronunciation rules.
