random canadian
i was just watching scrubs and i noticed that elliot had a canadian accent. i hadn't noticed that before. i didn't know if i was hearing something that wasn't there or what, so I looked her up on imdb.com and learned that Sarah Chalke was born in Ottawa and raised in Vancouver. And I found out that she was the second Becky on Roseanne. I think that it's a little weird that the producers and directors and everybody let her character keep her accent...but really I guess folks in the US don't really notice Canadian accents of any sort unless they involve the word 'aboot' or if the person's from Nova Scotia. Alles.
