New York killed my upper left trapezius area. I carried a messenger bag with me every day and it rested on my left shoulder. I worked on Friday and Saturday and my work involves a lot of lifting. At work yesterday, my shoulder hurt whenever I lifted it too high and now I have a little bit of pain between my shoulder and neck, at the top my my back. It's annoying the crap out of me.
