Age: 24
Canon point: End of Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney

Personality:

Klavier is a young prosecutor and is one of the few in the Prosecution Office that does not care about perfect win streaks and how many guilty verdicts he can get. The one thing he cares about is the truth and finding who is really guilty. Aside from prosecuting, he was the lead singer and guitarist of the band, The Gavinners. This band was made up entirely of law enforcement agents, including Detectives from the Los Angeles Precinct. The band was originally something made for fun and to waste time between cases, however The Gavinners got big and became Platinum selling artists. This forced Klavier to leave the courtroom for some time until he faced Apollo Justice. The band recently disbanded after their lead guitarist (and Klavier's best friend) was convicted of murder. Klavier has since then decided to go on to a solo career.

Klavier borders on that line of "Gay or European," Or Gay AND European. He was born and raised in Germany and eventually moved to the states to become a prosecutor. He often mixes random German words into his conversations, and when he's really angry or excited, will speak in more German than English even if others around him don't know the language. He often gives people nicknames using German formalities such as Herr and Fraulein in the beginning. Usually this is to get under the other person's skin, unless it's to compliment a young lady.

The rock star/Prosecutor cares a lot about his public image. The attention he receives from the media as part of his band is probably the reason for this. He often gives off a prince-like vibe when with women. However, with men, he's very condescending and often likes to get under their skin. He's mastered the art of insulting people without them noticing until later, and doing it with a smile on on face. When it comes to anger, hurt, sadness, etc., Klavier refuses to show those emotions to anyone (Unless it's a diva bitch-fit. He always has those).

Klavier is thorough and pays attention to every detail in everything he does, whether it is a concert or a case. However, he often pays a little more attention to his music than his actual work, considering he leaves most of his investigating to Detective Ema Skye (Unlike most prosecutors who visit the crime scenes themselves). He'd much rather ride his Motorcycle around than actually work. When it comes to his music, he notices every detail, including cues that are off by a second. After concerts, he has been known to scrutinize each member of his band, always looking for ways to improve upon his music.

Not much is known about Klavier's family life except for the fact that he has an older brother named Kristoph. While Klavier looks near identical to Kristoph, they both differ in personality. Klavier is theatrical and showy. He is opinionated makes his opinions and thoughts well known. If things don't necessarily go his way, he will throw what has been known as a "Diva Fit". If things don't go his way, he will often yell at his staff for any reason, often times in a mix of German and English. His relationship with his brother is also complicated. When he was younger he looked up to the Defense lawyer, and saw him as an inspiration to become a lawyer himself (Even if he liked music just a little more than law). As the years went on, Klavier would keep a good relationship with his brother. It wasn't until years later that his brother was convicted of murder that their relationship became a bit strained. It was later revealed that Kristoph had used Klavier as his pawn to get Former Defense Attorney, Phoenix Wright disbarred. This information shocked the rock star and he couldn't believe it. Currently, he feels betrayed by his brother and harbors a lot of animosity towards him. However, he still cares for Kristoph and if his bro were to truly need his help, he would help him to the best of his abilities.

Powers/Abilities: Klavier has no special powers unless you count his whole PROSECUTOR BY DAY, ROCKSTAR BY NIGHT thing. And the fact that he can air guitar ANYWHERE. And throw diva-fits.

Types of sex I am OK with: Oral, anal, frottage, fingering, double penetration... I'm pretty open if there's a pretty good reason for it. AND EVEN IF THERE ISN'T
Kinks or practices I enjoy: I am open to almost anything. Bondage is awesome, toys are fun, crossdressing is lulzy, incest, Violence is also appreciated, but nothing too bloody (but feel free to rough him up a bit)
Types of sex I'm not OK with: Like I said, anything, really
Kinks or practices I don't enjoy: Um. Not a fan of vomiting, vore, food stuff isn't my thing. I don't really like adding ears/tails to my characters (even if they're sex toys) Not really into knife play or cutting, either. While I don't mind a little bit of blood, slicing my boy to near death (or death) isn't really fun. Um... bodily fluids outside the normal aren't really my thing. I can work with asphyxiation but it's not oh my list of loved kinks.
Willing to write rape or dubcon?: sure to both :x
Is fade to black OK?: YES YES YES.

He hated these days. They were the kind of days that felt like everything was against him. The coffee wasn't strong enough, the LA heat was worse than ever, and there was a kink in his hair ruining his signature twist, forcing him to tie his hair up. It was days like today that made the prosecutor absolutely miserable. He was sure that even bothering the Fraulein Detective or Herr Forehead would fail to brighten his mood... Actually, it might have helped but the defense attorney was nowhere to be found today and the Fraulein Detective seemed to be in one of her moods and he didn't particularly feel like being hit in the face by a snack treat. ...Perhaps it was that time of the month? He shook his head and made his way into his office.

Work was dull. The case was open and shut. The defendant was obviously guilty. Of course, it was only easier because the defendant had admitted their own guilt but that was besides the point. So really, all Klavier had to do was essentially read off the piece of paper he was currently looking over. However, Klavier Gavin was a performer at heart and he couldn't just disappoint his fans with a poor performance, even in the courtroom. He sighed and closed his eyes. Really, he’d be better off preparing for a concert than stuck in his office. The sounds, the energy, the screaming fans… it was all exciting. Much more fun than sitting here in a hot office reading papers that were dull enough to put him to sleep. And here in this heated office on a massage chair, the urge to fall asleep was very strong. Strong enough that he felt his eyelids get heavy and…

All he could hear was the music, the screaming in front of him, the rev up the guitar as Daryan finished his guitar solo. The stage lights were on him, making him sweat, but all he could feel was the music pounding through him, forcing his body to move to the rhythm. The drums started up, and Klavier knew that was his cue. Grabbing the Microphone, he sang into the device, barely able to hear his own voice amongst the screams of the fans. Moments like these were what he lived for. Standing under the heated lights on a stage where other bands, no, legends had performed.

The song had ended and for the briefest of moments there darkness as they transitioned songs. Soon, a soft blue light covered the stage and he pushed his bangs out of his eyes. They were sticking to his forehead, and he was suddenly reminded of the heat on the stage. He shrugged out of his purple blazer, almost laughing when he heard the screams from his female fans. He glanced back at Daryan behind and-

SLAM! Klavier bolted up from his chair and came face to face with what seemed to be a very angry Fraulein Detective. “Ah… it’s good to see you Fraulein Detective,” the rock star said while nervously brushing blond bangs out of his face.

Her expression didn’t change.

It wasn’t until later that night that he finally finished washing snakoos out of his hair.
