Tomorrow's the day!
Well tomorrow is my phone interview with Franklin Templeton! I laid in bed last night thinking of possible questions they might ask me, and pre-forming, intelligent (yet witty) answers. I really hope it goes well!
So today is day 4 of the glasses-wearing. How much do I hate it? SOOOOOOO much! I forgot how crappy glasses really are. I guess 9 years of contact-wearing will do that to ya. Not that contacts were always great. That gritty-eye feeling at the end of the day- not fun. Though part of me is wanting the doctor to say that he made a mistake- I am a *terrible* candidate after all. That would mean. . . no surgery! I'd save $3600! Of course I'd have to deal with the gritty, dry contacts- but I'd have $$ and no scalpels slicing around on my eyes! And I could always say I was *gonna* have the surgery, but the doctor said I couldn't! Then I wouldn't be a chicken either! So we'll see. . . the eye saga continues.
Well, I'm off for some dinner. Nothing to eat around here, as usual. . . . I wish I had more money!! Maybe I could not do my eyes, and just buy more groceries???
