Can you identify this?
Okay, I have a WEIRD memory that pops up every so often, about something I know I saw once in TV. Maybe someone can help identify it? I hope I haven't talked about this before, because it sounds like I've said this before. If I have, please tell me. ^_^;;;
So I was watching TV one time many years ago, and whatever program I was watching had a segment that pointed out funny errors in newspaper ads. They showed one that had a can of food, but the description of the item was misspelled as "Porn and Beans." Okay, bear with me here.
I distinctly remember the male announcer saying something like, "Now was this supposed to be pork and beans, or was it supposed to be corn and beans?"
It was only many, many many MANY years later that, when I remembered this segment, that it dawned on me: Well, the announcer certainly didn't mention the REALLY OBVIOUS blush part in that ad. And I didn't even THINK about it until so much more later! ^_~ And now that I think about it more, I'm kinda surprised that they allowed that on TV. I guess the word "porn" isn't awfully taboo in the airwaves.
Anyone have any ideas?
