Help!!

I'm having massive problems with my Japanese font packet thingy. I'm running on Windows XP. Every time I put my text into Japanese, none of the options show up. All that's there is the part that says it's in Japanese, the help box, caps option, kana option, minimize and the options arrow. There should be more options. I had that problem... what I did to fix it was to go into the regional and language options (from control panel) and click on the "languages" tab (should be middle one) then click "details" (it's the first button) and make sure the settings you see under "Japanese" (in the white box/installed services) "kayboerd - microsoft IME standard AND microsoft natural input" If you don't see those two bullets under "keyboard" then highlight "Japanese" and click the "add" button until you find what you're missing... anyway, if that doesn't work, I'm sorry! >.
