Hey guess I have studied japanese for 4 years in Canada just saying hi
HAJIMEMASHITE WATSHI WA YO NEN MAI CANADA DE NIHONGO WO BENKYOUSHIMASHITA.
はじめまして私は四年枚カナダで日本語を勉強しました。
私は少し日本語を勉強することができます。
sorry i know a very polite form of japanese cause thats what we learned but i can understand the plain form as well.

Thats sad man...in 4 years you can become way above intermediate level, and as for what you wrote it seems youre still stuck in the beginners level.

That school must have been one of the worse schools ever!

Don't take this as anything else than constructive critizism. Japanese is quite a hard language to learn. Especially for westerners because it's so different from European langauges.

枚 is the counter for sheets of paper and other thin objects. Just 年 is fine. 勉強 means "study" so 日本語を勉強することができます means "I can study Japanese". Instead of 勉強する you might want to use 話す (hanasu, speak), 読む (yomu, read), 分かる (wakaru, understand) or 通じる (tsuujiru, something like "understand and speak").
