2. LIFE
Good news! Apparently the video card is the problem - at least we determined the cause. My irl friend remains skeptic, saying that just because a video card broke shouldn't stop the computer from being unable to turn on, but the shop I went to isn't a small no-namer. It's a known brand in the country, so I'll put my faith in them.
Bad news! They needed an invoice/proof of purchase in order to return it for me, and only last Thursday I managed to get it in. The technician said it'll take another week to let me know if they CAN return it since depending on the company they may have different policies, but I'm hoping that Sapphire will let me. /)_(\
So I'm still without computer. And getting on when my roommate is in bed, on the days that he has work the second day because otherwise he's off at 3am. ..."good" news is that he's going to Rhode Island in the states next Friday, so for a week I guess I could mooch off his comp, but it's still not the same. I finally caved and downloaded/installed Photoshop on my hard drive, so at least I now have access to it. Otherwise... RP drive is rock bottom because of all this, OTL
And I just got a wonderful eye infection Sunday. I blame it on my parents. My aunt, who is my dad's older sister and the mother of the one cousin who I HATE, came to visit us in Montreal. I agreed to go home for supper that day, so mom will come pick me up at about 4~5pm. I went to bed at 9am.
Mom shows up at 2 and wakes me. :| I told her to gtfo I'll come back myself. I then couldn't sleep, petted the cat a bit, and then tried going back to bed. ...To be waken by my cousin (girl one, my mom's brother's daughter; she's a year younger than me). Well, she wants to meet at the terminus at the same time, so fine. Then I try to sleep again - only to be waken by dad at 4 or so.
Aaaah fuck this. My eye started hurting around then. It's... so weird too e_e; it's like directly beneath the lid and it's swelling up, but that's it. It hurts when I blink hard, even more so if I rub it. Doesn't seem to be the eyeball itself than the muscles directly beneeath it. My roommie calls it "Pink Eye" and she says I need to go see a doctor. I have work tomorrow, though. ...Reaaally hope that I can sleep this off, but otherwise, hey look more inconveniences. At this rate I can forget about contact lenses for Otakuthon, sigh.

Finished P3P girl side. Agreeing with griffins: ...OW, when I think of the Answer. I... fagget out and dated Ken instead. >_> NGL I skipped out on going out with Aki, and I'm not even sure if you CAN with Junpei and Shinji. I didn't have the heart to make a move when he's already got Chidori. ;; KEN IS SORT OF ADORABLE THOUGH. >3> I'm usually not fond of shotas, but he's all insecure and worried because there's all these other tough guys around and competion pressure hnng and he feels inadequate but still wants to grow up to be a manry man worthy of being your boyfriend. It's. So sweet, XD;; Rio was an interesting link, though Maya >>>>>>>>>>>> Satori but that's pretty duh.
All in all... Minako's definitely cheerier and seems really going out of her way to please, whereas Minato seemed like he more did whatever the hell he wanted. As for my own headcanon, I see Minato kind of closed-off and quiet, minding his own business in general at the start of P3, but eventually getting to smile more and break out to become the soft-spoken but hopeful boy that he was by the end of it. As for Minako though, I think P3P just taught her to be more responsible? Seems like she was cheerful when she walked in, and still was when she walked out. Tower and Devil do feel a bit weirder on her, but for a remake, it was excellent. ...Namco should take remake lessons from Atlus. :| Sure I guess Destiny remake and Director's cut were nice upgrades, but from P3, to FES, to P3P? They all did well and are an example of the things to tweak, add, and change when you remake a game. ...Then again that's just me.
Also restarted playing Vesperia. ...Nothing much so far. Just trotting my hax equipment from my previous game on hard mode and bulldozing through stuff. Just made it to Aspio; lawl Rita. I'll probably babble more about this later, though atm I can't wait to get Judith just cause she's probably my favorite. XD;
As for Touhou, I've always played Hisoutensoku with my friend, but another friend told me to try Scarlet Weather Rhapsody, which I then did. It was fun! I still kind of suck and ow Tenshi, but it was fun. Also tried to play Mountain of Faith and Subterranean Animism. I can make it to Kanako, going so far as to her second to last spell card, but then I get wiped. /)_(\ As for SA... HOLY SHIT IT IS HAAAARD ;A; I-I got so far as to Orin's stage? Got wiped at her mid-form. ZUN DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DIFFICULTY CURVE. X_x I miiight be able to beat MoF on easy if I keep practicing, but SA? Noooooo... It strains my eyes too. It's really fun for a few minute thing, but with my eye as it is now, probably not a good idea to do it too much. ;;
