Some catching up
-Dusts off LJ- I've got to stop procrastinating. Somewhat of a catch-up post here.
1. We had a snowstorm wednesday. Since mom's sickly and she already shoveled snow that morning,I did it after school - snow piles up because the trucks get rid of the ones that fell off the road - meaning directly in front of everyone's driveway.
For once my arms doesn't hurt after, but my ass sure does. I can still feel it when I sit down and walk. Ow. I wonder if the poor males us fangirls so shamelessly abuse in highly ornate and descriptive fanfics feel similar when they get -shot- My shoulder blades kinda ache too. And another big one is coming Saturday. Quebec definitively hit a record for amount of snow fallen this year.
I was supposed to have my Mythology exam Wednesday at 8 am. Went to school after 5 hours of sleep, finds out the class is canceled. Next is Sociology at 4. I stare at the class cancellation board - not there. I get to class 15 minutes late - to find no one. Walking back to my locker I went pass a classmate- learned that class was canceled.
Woot. I went to school yesterday and stayed there for 10 hours without attending a single class. We almost missed the bus cause me and my friend were too busy being good at Pokemon Puzzle League. GG Ryan, >_>b
And oh yeah I was supposed to have a french exam this morning too, but class got canceled. Lawls. Blessing or Curse?
Dad went back to China for another week to attend to grandma's funeral. I hope she finds peace now that she finally died - aunt and uncle back in China were spewing shit to each other and treated her nothing less of a burden anyway. If it was me I would have rather died than to see my own children blame any mis-caring of me onto their sibling. -_- Not particularly sad since I haven't seen her in a while, but I am feeling disgusted with my aunt, who;s rich and steps on the rest of the family members' heads. Well, supposedly I should be grateful they're all back in China...
2. GAME REVIEWS! Not under a cut cause I'm advertising, more or less, them all.
A) Rune Factory - A Fantasy Harvest Moon
It was cute and original and fun, especially after I modeled my house. I forged, cooked and made accessories like mad and the RPG element was alot of fun. Throwing strawberries on all the village members was awesome too. Too bad I beat the bosses way too quick, and Misty Bloom Cave, 4th dungeon and only accessible during Winter... I had the pass to it first week into Fall. By the time Winter came, I already lost interest. I was really stuck on it for a while, and the fact that my charged water sprayer can deal 300 damage while my sword did 50 made me laugh. Hard. D:
B)Hotel Dusk - Room 215
Most. Realistic. Game. Ever. ...Well I haven't played much but that stuff was AMAZING. >_> Anyone who are interested in graphic novel games/investigation should check it out. It can't be compared to Phoenix Wright cause shitloads of Ace Attorney makes no sense while EVERYTHING in Hotel Dusk does, but I'll definitely remember that one for a long time. Kyle, is AWESOME. Rosa made me feel warm and fuzzy after a while, I'm starting to call random people squirt thanks to Melissa, kinda feel bad for Kevin, snort at Jeff, want Helen as my grandma and laugh at Summers. Dunning needs a hug. D:
C)Megaman Star Force - Dragon
I REALLY like the story and how there was little to no cliches. Boy was I wrong; they bombarded me bad when I came to the end. I adored the story because relationships and supports in friends is a subject I strongly feel about with close e-friends, and the battles while being turn-based were also real time and incredibly fun (spamming Cygnus/Cancer/Dragon Wood Storm FTW). Only complaint is that I got stuck real bad by running into a little boy and almost restarted my file - thank goodness I tried again and managed to get out.
I'm usually not a fan of Shota, but I love Geo. He's not really emo even if he has his emo moments, and Omega-Xis kicks ASS. Harp is awesome, I love Sonia, Luna makes me snort and Sonia/Geo/Luna amuses me even more. ...I'll probably never like any other videogame kids apart from Star Force ones, >______>;;;;;
D)Pokemon Colesseum/PBR
My friend bought his Wii to the school's videogame club a few days ago. WE FOUGHT ON PBR. ♥♥♥♥♥♥ IT'S SO ADKFGJALKDFGJ GORGEOUS, *_______________* Poor thing though, I kept sweeping him on 3 vs 3 all set on lvl 50 with my Garchomp, and even my Dragonite... XD;;;; Dragons FTW!~♥
Friend also lent me Colloseum. I restarted for 2 hours to get a DECENT nature for my Espeon and Umbreon. Mild and Hardy? Sigh, I'll take it. Better than Brave x3 and the like. Wes is frigging badass. Rui kinda annoys m because she's a tagalong chick, but I only started. XD;;; But WTF WHAT DO YOU MEAN I CAN ONLY SAVE IN POKEMON CENTERS, DDDDDDDDD8<

I got a PSP last week. But since my debit card has a limit of 250 and the PSP was 200~, I went back again today.
I kept dying in the first mission to get 3 porks. DDD8 Thank god my fame is 0 to start with. Can't let it drop. Otherwise...

My PSP ran out of batteries after I took on a mission to help Chester kill some beats. Just like Abyss these little birds are ANNOYING. DDDDD8< -Got killed twice and then battery died- ...I found some red saffron too. ;___; Aw well, too bad. DD:

Like I said, 200 down for PSP. Got Apollo Justice and RadiMyth today, 100$. Anime North 2nd deposit: 80$. Going to Omer Deserre(art store)'s 100th anniversary to buy 2H pencil but ending up in buying everything EXCEPT a 2H pencil: 20$. Tsubasa mangas and MOKONA PURSE (♥): ~80$ (of deposit).

I spent 500$ in the last week. 8DDD -Trips over floor and dies-
Oh yeah. THEY FINALLY HAVE POKEMON ... Er, these things you attack to your cellphone and stuff. For 2$ in vending machines. I spent at least 10$ on it, got 2 Pikachus, 1 Chimchar, 2 Piplups, 1 Manaphy (on my DS now ♥) and 1 Turtwig. I WANT A RIOLU, DDDD8 ...Lawlz. I took a silver necklace I haven't worn in years, hid the real pendant behind my neck/under my poonytail, and attached the pikachu hanging instead so that now I walk around with a pikachu dangling on my chest. ♥♥♥ I'm so happy, ^_^~ NOW IF ONLY I COULD GET A RIOLU, >____<
