I'm jotting this down while it is in my head
I blame Bill completely for this, but I'm posting it because I think it's a mildly entertaining idea.
It kind of came to me in a dream, and I woke up and started laughing:
Setting: Casey's Apartment
Casey enters through the front door, trying to be all sneaking in MGS style. Metal Gear 1 music is playing in the background. He slides up against the wall connected to Doug's room to make sure he can get by. When satisfied, he walks through the kitchen/main living area towards his room, which actually isn't his room, for some reason, it's Jamian's room and Jamian is staring at the computer screen. Casey, acting all suave tries speaking to Jamian in hopes of convincing him of why he's there in the first place, before he can do that....
Jamian: Oh NOOs! I feel asleep!
Close up on Casey's face as he gives a corny wink, Metal Gear 1 music ends.. He then picks up the cell phone, the object of the mission that was on "his" dresser.
Casey: (smugly towards Jamian in triumph) Now I got it! Bye friend!
A second after the line, the phone vibrates. Casey puts it up to his ear, but the audience can hear what the other person is saying. For some reason I think of Q being that person.
Q: (trying to speak like the colonal)SNAAAKE!? SNAAAAAAAAAKE!!! We're going out for Shteak, YOU should join us! SHTEAAAAK SHTEAAAAAAAK!!!
Casey: But what about....Metal Gear, colonal!? What about.......FOX DIE!!!??
Q: Snake......I'm sorry. Transmission ends.
I don't know why I thought of this, but Casey picked up a sword on his bed and says outloud:
Casey: I must avenge my father!
Ninja Gaiden 1, level 1-1 music begins. Casey exits his room MGS style, only to be greeted by Doug. Close up of Doug's face of the highest intensity of anger. Insert alarm sound. Doug starts chasing Casey around the coffee table, both of them moving as linear as possible. Finally, Casey makes an MGS run towards the door. He exits. Shot of Casey in the hallway moving towards the audience, we can hear Doug screaming in discontent. METAL GEAR in all red is in the center of the screen. Familiar music begins, and all us in high accapella go: "MEEETALLL GEEEEEEAR!!!" *continue sound*
