If you don't know about it already, the BC Nurse Line is a free, confidential phone number that anyone who is a resident of BC (you need a care card) can call to ask questions about anything and everything health related (treatments, medications, symptoms, whether you actually need to go to the doctor or whether you just need to poop, etc etc etc).
