Ohhh nooos...
The reality of what we may have to do is just now fully starting to set in. We need to be out of the Ayer house by 1/5/09, it is highly likely our house will not be ready to move into by then. This will necessitate a move to "Camelot East" or the Residence Inn by the Solomon Pond Mall.
OK, hotel living, we can handle staying in a hotel for possibly a couple of weeks. It might be kind of fun, super cool Camelot neighbors, no housecleaning and an indoor pool- sounds like a little vacation...
We will probably attempt to cram us all- My mother, my two kids, my husband, my fish, my two cats, my mother's two cats (who must be sequestered from mine) all into a one bedroom suite. They have two bedroom suites, but they are almost twice as expensive. We could manage this, Jeff and I can sleep on the couch, Mom and kids can have the bedroom. Mom's cats in their room, ours in the main area... It could work. Crowded, but it can work.
It just dawned on me- my plants. Good lord what the heck do I do with those? I have bunches. Then I remember- my mother's plants... She has twice as many as I do. I am rather attached to my plants... Not sure I want to sleep with them though.
Anybody have an extra room we could turn into a small jungle?
