Kitchen Saga Update #1
Gah!! We have already been foiled. The only cabinets we can get the corner sink base cabinet in are now special order, as in won't be in for 3 weeks. So the cabinets are due to be delivered on 4/28, which is so close, and yet so not when we needed them. Frack!
We also ended up going with the more $ for the counter top that would not involve tiling. The money saved was not enough to warrant the extra hassle factor or the possible we've totally screwed this all up and now need to order the custom counter top anyway factor.
So, now we need to re-figure how to schedule this. Maybe they'll be delivered early. There's that super power optimism poking it's happy little head up again... It never learns.
And good gosh and darn it all to heck that was really expensive. We still need to buy the range and hood too.
I am now going to drink of the drinky drink and then go to bed.
